Matthews International Corporation, founded in 1850 and incorporated in 1905 in Pennsylvania in 1902, is a designer, manufacturer and marketer principally of memorialization products and caskets for the cemetery and funeral home industries and custom made products which are used to identify people, places, products, and events. The Company's products and operations are comprised of four business segments: Bronze, Graphics Imaging, Marking Products and York Casket. The Company and its majority-owned subsidiaries have approximately 3,000 employees.
